Duties of Road and Bridge

• Repair and build bridges for Atchison County
• Responsible for snow removal
• Grade and upgrade gravel and blacktop roads
• Do not take care of roads inside the 8 townships in Atchison County
• Service vehicles for county departments
• Put up all road signs
• Fix potholes
• Services only available to Atchison County residents
